Maid To Sparkle offers more services at lower prices than most of our competitors such as, Merry Maids, Maid Brigade, The Maids, Molly Maids and more! Go ahead – shop and compare!
In addition, many of our competitors charge their clients hourly rates. These rates can range from $50.00 per hour with two maids, up to $73.00 per hour. Maid To Sparkle's flat rate prices are affordable for just about everyone!

3. Familiar Faces
Maid To Sparkle assigns a maid(s) to your home and makes all attempts to continue with the same person(s). If you're not satisfied with the maid that we've assigned, we will immediately re-evaluate your needs and re-assign another maid. If we are unable to send the same maid(s) (vacations, sick days, etc.), we will make all attempts to contact you to let you know of the change in advance. |
4. Fast and easy quotes by phone / e-mail
Maid To Sparkle saves you time by providing you with a quote right over the phone or by e-mail based on your house cleaning needs. Typically, we will have anywhere from 4 – 7 questions and can provide you with a quote over the phone within 3 minutes. No walk-through of your home is required, no taking time off of work. It's simple and fast! |
5. Our service check list
We encourage you to compare our check list to our competitors! In researching other services in our area, we've discovered that some cleaning services skip areas that don't make sense. For example, one of our big competitors does not clean ceiling fans on a regular routine service. It cost more for that. The room may be clean – but don't turn on the ceiling fan or all of that dust is going to settle back down on your furniture. |

8. No Contracts
We strive to obtain and maintain your business by providing you with excellent, reliable, and affordable services. Maid To Sparkle will never lock you into a contract in order to secure your business. If you're happy with our quality, you will stick with us. It's our job to continue to earn your business! |
9. Background checked personnel
Maid To Sparkle thoroughly background checks, insures, and bonds our cleaning personnel. We have a strict hiring policy and since opening our doors, we have not and will not deviate from our hiring guidelines and background requirements. While the candidate may have experience working for another area cleaning service and was successfully insured and bonded, we will NOT hire them if they don't qualify based on this strict policy. We won't risk your safety, nor your trust. |
10. Service Check-ups
We believe that communication is key to a happy working relationship. This is why we are continuously asking our clients how we are doing. Our Customer Service Representatives send out surveys via e-mail quarterly as well as in most cases when a new maid has been sent to the home (due to the assigned maid's vacation, sick day, resignation, etc.). The latter case is after we have informed you that a maid change is taking place. |
11. Laundry services
Due to a high volume of requests, Maid To Sparkle began providing laundry services in 2009. Our staff will wash, dry, fold/hang laundry for you, if you opt to add these services. Please be advised that our maids will not distribute the laundry, as there would likely be a mix-up. Instead, she will place the folded/hung clothing in the laundry room for you. We do not offer ironing at this time. |
12. Easy Payment Options
Maid To Sparkle accepts cash or check at the time of service. If you prefer to pay by credit card, the transaction will take place later on the service day. Maid To Sparkle accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

13. E-mailed Service Reminders
If we have an e-mail address on file, we will notify you of your upcoming service date via e-mail the prior business day. If services are scheduled past 4:30 for the next business day, you may not receive an e-mail the day prior. |
14. Cleaning Supplies Provided
As part of your service, and at no additional cost to you, Maid To Sparkle provides all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a particular product, mop, or vacuum that you prefer is used, you're welcome to provide it for our staff. |
15. Staff feedback on your home and preferences
Again, because Maid To Sparkle believes that communication is the key to excellent service, we have measures in place that help us know what to expect on your property. In the case of a maid change, we have work orders that are regularly updated regarding your property so that the new maid is prepared when she arrives. This includes information such as:
A) Entry Method
B) Products used on flooring
C) Products you provide (if we don't) and where to find them
D) Average cleaning time
E) Pets, their names, and any restrictions regarding them
F) Any broken or damaged items to be cautious of
G) Any notes that you've provided such as rooms/items not to clean, cleaning
preferences, what to pay extra attention to, etc.
H) Any notes that the maid has provided such as hard water spots in a shower
that she's working to remove each time, etc.
